About the Program

In the Master of Music Choral Conducting program, students are prepared to work with professional ensembles. The course content is diverse in view of future professional requirements. Conducting technique, rehearsal didactics, vocality and repertoire development are taught to the students in a practice-oriented manner. This includes the opportunity to work with various professional internal and external vocal ensembles during their studies. Cooperations with the WDR, joint workshops with professional ensembles, etc. complement the training and enable students to gain important preparatory professional experience.
