About the Program

With the Master's degree in Business Informatics, Sustainability and Digitalisation (MSc), the Department of Computer Science is expanding its range of courses with an innovative, interdisciplinary degree programme. In cooperation with the Department of Economics, the focus is on the future topics of sustainability and digitalisation. The programme covers topics such as Business Software and Architecture Management, Big Data Analysis and Visualisation, IT Controlling, IT Management, Project: Startup / Business Concept, Concepts and application areas of artificial intelligence, and Sustainable digitalisation and consumer informatics. The Master's degree programme at H-BRS is characterised by individual supervision, guidance towards independent scientific work and interdisciplinary collaboration in research and development projects. After successfully completing the programme, students are awarded the internationally recognised academic degree of Master of Science. This degree entitles the holder to a doctorate. The degree prepares students for specialist and management positions in industry, business, administration, research and development.
