About the Program

Business informatics is the science of the design, development and application of computer-aided information and communication systems and techniques to support business processes in companies and administrations. The four-semester course combines the "three pillars" of business informatics: computer science, business informatics in the narrower sense and economics. Students can choose between different specializations, e.g. Information Systems Engineering, Operations Research & Management, or Intelligent Interactive Information Systems.
