Can you find work or IT training in Germany without a university degree?
Based on what we've seen in the student community, it's generally quite challenging to find IT training or skilled work in Germany without a formal degree. Most positions, especially those requiring specific qualifications, will expect you to have either an Ausbildung (vocational training) or a university degree. Strong German language skills also play a critical role in this process, as many workplaces operate primarily in German.
