Module One – "Corporate Social Responsibility": sustainable management (economising); economic, ecological and social sustainability; corporate governance; philosophy and institutions, regulations and codes, transparency and audit, evaluation and sanction; social responsibility of companies, industrial labour relations; corporate responsibility and sustainability, corporate responsibility and governance, corporate citizenship Module Two – "Strategic Management": basics of strategic management of competences as a port of the strategic management research (terminology, basic approaches, basic patterns of argumentation); strategic management of competences in the area of conflict between stringent theory and eclecticism; levels of competences and their meaning according to the approach of competences (individual, organisational levels of explanation and constitution); methods and instruments to identify, to develop and to use competences on different levels (process-related point of view) Module Three – "Leadership": motivation of employees, leading of employees, working in a team; communication/interaction, negotiation, conflict management; self-management, self-development and creativity, planning skills, time management and stress management; techniques of presentation and moderation, rhetorical competence Module Four – "Operations Management": operations strategies, operations management, operations design; quality management Module Five – "Accounting/Controlling": basics of globalisation and international accounting; instruments of accounting and basics of accounting; terms of controlling, aims and functions of international controlling Module Six – "Intercultural Management": intra- and intercultural communication; communication in transnational companies, with suppliers and customers and in international contexts, intercultural conflict management; development of intercultural capacities, individualism and collectivism, selected cultures; negotiating in intercultural contexts, talks with foreign colleagues; negotiating with business partners; contacting public authorities Module Seven – "Finance": global capital markets, international finance systems, international finance markets; international finance management, innovative financing instruments, operative finance management; financial engineering, investment financing, portfolio investments; export risk management, hedging of political risks, foreign trade financing, foreign exchange-rate risks, hedging of other economical risks Module Eight – "Business Information": basics of data, information and knowledge, information and communication systems of enterprises; modelling of enterprises; economic standard software systems, ERP, SCM, CRM, OLAP Module Nine – "International Marketing": market analysis and customer behaviour, analysis of the marketing environment, consumer behaviour and market research, market segmentation; implementation and controlling of marketing activities, marketing and strategic overall planning, planning, implementation and controlling of marketing strategies, design of marketing structures and processes; marketing mix in multinational contexts; product, communication, distribution policy and contracting policy
